Sales and Marketing Consultant

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent in English-Afrikaans
  • Must be able to work under pressure
  • Deadline and target driven
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Advanced interpersonal skills
  • Team player
  • High energy levels
  • Hungry to “learn and earn”
  • Must have clear ITC and criminal checks
  • Must be SA citizen
  • Minimum of 1 year’s working experience or telemarketing/sales qualification or FAIS compliant

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

  • Responsible for meeting and exceeding daily sales targets within an outbound telesales environment.
  • Achievement of 30% sales to lead conversion
  • Maintain 55% daily productivity
  • Effective lead management
  • Administration of sales documentation
  • Adherence to quality assurance standards
