Supervising a team of confirmation agents, this position requires a strong individual to manage the day-to-day administration of the confirmation division, and to ensure that all team targets are met.

Qualifications and minimum requirements

• 3 year degree, diploma or equivalent
• 5 years working experience, of which at least 2 years must have been in a supervisory role
• Fluent in both English and Afrikaans
• Proficient on Microsoft office
