Sales Manager

• The position involves the management of a large team of sales consultants, confirmation staff as well as their supervisors and administration assistants.
• This person is responsible for the monthly planning and yearly projections, and has to implement and manage whatever measures are necessary to ensure that all turnover targets are met.

Qualifications and minimum requirements

• 3 year degree, diploma or equivalent
• 5 years management experience
• Fluent in both English and Afrikaans
• Proficient on Microsoft office
