What I love about working at UDM, is being able to make a difference in people's lives. I aspire to constantly be the change I want to see. I love being able to drive people to reach their fullest potential. I believe in not only inspiring my team to reach their individual goals but to assist each other in accomplishing their goals and that of the team. I wish to leave a lasting, positive, and influential impact in the lives of all those I meet. The position I am in affords me the opportunity to allow my team to grow in their fields and to love what they do.
I began my adventure at UDM in October 2019 as a Quality Assurance Consultant and became a Supervisor in March 2021, at the young age of 26. I love the people that I work with as they are exceptionally driven, competitive, and successful, yet humble and amazing humans.
UDM has challenged me and allowed me to grow, expand my skill set and explore new opportunities. I love what I do, and I wish to inspire others to pursue what they love and be the change they want to see in themselves and the world.

My journey at UDM has been one to remember.
I started as a Quality Assurer in January 2019, and I quickly discovered that I have entered into a gem of a company.

People are exceptionally driven to achieve results and mediocrity doesn’t exist. This is what makes UDM stand out. The culture has driven me to explore opportunities of growth within UDM and that is when I became a Supervisor in March 2021.
And as a Supervisor, I am privileged to forge closer relationships with these exceptional individuals. Being able to provide guidance and encouragement to my team, seeing them grow in their careers and the elation when they succeed, there’s nothing like it. I believe that there’s greatness in everyone, I feel lucky to be part of that journey, watching someone realise their potential and being right there as they achieve it.

My journey at UDM began in October 2019 with the Training Division as a Sales Coach. It was my first job out of varsity and I had no idea what to expect, but the culture of UDM is the first thing that made an impact on me. Everyone became a work family, and I knew that this was the place for me.
In 2021 I became a Training Sales Supervisor and true to UDM and Training, there was constant change within the division. This is another aspect of UDM that I love, there is no time to get bored as processes and structures are constantly changing.
In 2022 the Foundation and Pre-perm Divisions were launched and even though it was brief for me, I loved the training and skills that were learnt.
I have now been promoted as a Sales Supervisor in the Insurance Division and I believe that this is only the beginning of many more amazing adventures at UDM.
I can’t wait to see what this new experience has in store for me!

UDM is like no other business, I love the fact that you can be yourself in a fun, fast paced environment where no two days are the same. I started my journey at UDM in sales in 2015, I quickly moved into the Elite Team where I worked for 4 years. After that I joined the Training Academy as a Trainer and was promoted to Training Sales Supervisor.
Recently, I was promoted and joined the Elevation Team as one of the Elevation Supervisors and I couldn’t be more happy.
I have been with the company for 7 years, and to be honest, this is not a company, this is family.
What I love about UDM is the fact that you are not just a number. We are all very driven and motivated and being average is just not good enough for us. We are exceptional in everything we do, even playing action netball on Mondays.
To be honest, I never thought I would find a company that suits my personality this well. I feel right at home and I’m loving it. I’m looking forward to 7 more years of being exceptional in a phenomenal company.
